Este edifício multiuso no Brás fica no encontro da Rua Maria Marcolina e Miller com acesso também pela Rua Barão de Ladário. Os usos foram acomodados de acordo com o acesso, hotel na rua de maior fluxo, lojas no embasamento com acesso pelas duas ruas e conexão pelo mall. Pelos dois primeiros pavimentos do embasamento, passam também os usuários do hotel e comercial que circulam pelas escadas rolantes e elevadores que vem dos subsolos. Na Praça, terceiro andar do embasamento, é feita a separação de fluxo para o hotel e comercial através da recepção localizada sob os prédios. O hotel padrão econômico tem quartos de 16m² e as salas comerciais se organizam em 9 pavimentos com 14 salas de 18m².

This multi-purpose building in Brás is located at the intersection of Maria Marcolina Street and Miller Street, and is also accessible by Barão de Ladário Street. The applications were arranged according to the access point: a hotel on the street with the greatest traffic flow, and stores in the levels above ground with access from both streets, connected by a mall. On the first two floors, which is a walkway for the hotel guests and commercial customers who use the escalators and elevators coming up from the two underground floors. On the terrace, third floor, the segregation of pedestrian traffic for the hotel and commercial area is made by the reception area located under the buildings. The economical rating hotel has rooms 16 sq m and the commercial offices are arranged on 9 floors with 14 offices of 18 sq m each.
